Carr has been the driver’s since I first caught her right before high school and her understanding of how to exceed the speed limit without being caught has always been a joy to watch. The Sam Houston State signee gave me a mixture of “stop and pop” jumpers as well as acrobatic finishes yet her court vision, in the set as well as in transition was very nice

Carr is extremely athletic and it appears she cannot help but play with a motor. You can see it as she bounces on her toes similar to Diana Taurasi. She changes speed to attack the gaps and makes zippy passes off her hip to set teammates up for easy bucket. Carr’s athleticism separates her because she plays under control as she can adapt to the flow of the game.

Carr has been driving down the fast lane to success since I first saw her before entering high school and knew she would be one of “the girls”. I love how she can adapt to whatever is needed from her be it scoring, which she does off the dribble, as well as mid to long-range, her step back is nice yet her stop and pop in transition had me smiling. Her court vision across the board stood out, so did her elevating inside the paint and scoring over taller players
