Here is part two of looking at players who stood out this spring AAU season. Caroline Campbell, MT Elite Ducks, Class 2023, Position PG, Caroline is a true point guard. She can run the offense, and makes players around her better. She is pass first, but can score the ball as well. She can shoot the three, and also use her strong dribble moves to get to the basket. On defense she is a pesky defender, who forces a lot of turnovers. She has a good defensive stance, and fights hard through the screens. [player_tooltip player_id="266795" first="Kendall" last="Eddy"], Rivals, Class 2023, Position CG Kendall has the game to play at the division 1 college level, and has received an offer from Providence. She is a high level scorer, and often leads her team in scoring. She is a very high energy player, and plays with the same energy the whole game long. Kendall plays on a very loaded Lady Rivals team, that has many other high level prospects. Kendall is one of the top two way players in her class, in New England. Alyssa Fioriona, Mass Huskies, Class 2024, Position SG Alyssa had a standout spring for the Mass Huskies. She was recently named to the all tournament team for 10th grade in the Zero Gravity Nationals. Alyssa is known for her three point shooting. She can get her shot off in a flash, and always finds ways to get open. She shoots on balance and square. She had many multiple three point games this spring. She gets to her spots quickly, and makes her moves with few dribbles. [player_tooltip player_id="300448" first="Sierra" last="Jean"], Mass Elite, Position CG Sierra has been having a breakout year in her high school season, and this spring AAU season. She is starting to gain lot’s of attention from coaches. She is a tough, gritty player. She plays bigger than she is listed at 5’8. She finishes well through contact, and likes to take charges. Every coach loves charges! She has improved her overall skill set, and should continue to raise her stock. [player_tooltip player_id="266519" first="Ava" last="Winterburn"], Team Saints, Class 2023, Position F/Wing, HT 6’2 Ava gets better every time you watch her play. She has improved her overall skill set. She can now stretch the floor and shoot, and also has solid handles. Ava has always been a fundamentally sound post player, who converts at a high percent down low. Ava had a few standout games this spring, where she had double doubles.
