Kyra Williams (St. Louis Cobras A.N.M.): A 5’7″ 2023 guard from Hazelwood West who has solid handles and the ability to score from all three levels. She is a knock down shooter from 3-point range, but she was also impressive when she was attacking the basket off the dribble.
Angela Mostek (I Quest): A 5’7″ 2024 guard from Kirkwood who was one of the most impressive perimeter shooters that I watched during the day. In one of the games I watched, she turned around the game with a barrage of 3-pointers that turned a double-digit deficit into a victory. The lefty was letting them fly from well beyond the 3-point line with confidence and she added a nice little step-back jumper off the dribble. She also has a nice two-foot jump stop move in the paint to get a bucket.
Emyrson Hammons (E Sparkz): A 5’8″ 2024 guard from Salisbury who has good athleticism and length and she used both to her advantage at both ends of the court. She was very effective off the dribble as she could slice through traffic in the lane for a bucket. She could also knock down the open 3-pointer. She was active on the defensive end with her ability to get deflections and pick pockets.
Brooklyn Kearbey Brooklyn Kearbey 5'6" | PG East Carter | 2023 State MO (Southeast Dynasty): A 2023 guard from East Carter who has good speed and the ability to score in a variety of ways. She has a quick first step and she can beat defenders with a straight line drive. She can stop and pop from the mid range area and she will also hit the open 3-pointer. Her handles are good which enable her to create off the dribble when she needs to.
Carly Dorson (E Sparkz): A solid 5’10” 2023 wing from New Franklin who is a very good all-purpose player. She plays multiple roles that help her team succeed. She can facilitate offense with her ball handling and passing skills. She makes the right pass at the right time. She is a good rebounder who can also guard multiple positions.
