2021 Forward/Center Prospects- Part 2

Washington's 2020 class has been heralded for its post players. The 2020 class has a lot of top heavy talent at the forward and center positions, but the 2021 brings a lot more depth and versatility from top to bottom. Many of these prospects are completely under the radar, or haven't quite blown up yet on the recruiting scene, but we are one step ahead at <em>Prep Girls Hoops</em>! <em>Sophomore Forward/Center Prospects, Part 2:</em> 2021 6'4 C <strong>Sharayah Johnson</strong> (Lincoln HS/Tacoma Takeover) - A very strong left handed post player that is a load inside the paint. She establishes her post position well and really prefers to use her strong hand. Sharayah is most effective in the half court game. *Feature image 2021 6'0 PF <strong>Lexi Hernandez</strong> (Lynden Christian HS/NW Blazers) - Hard working forward with a bit of inside-out presence with her versatility. Competes every possession and understands how to play the game. Older sister will be a freshman at SDSU next Fall. 2021 6'0 PF <strong>Jaimyn Sides</strong> (Mt. Spokane HS) - The Lewis and Clark transfer played behind a loaded front court at LC last high school season, but she showed a lot of promise in her time on the floor. She is a physical, left-handed post player with a nice mid range jumper. 2021 6'0 PF <strong>Chenoa Louie</strong> (Royal City HS/NW Blazers) - A very strong front court prospect that can really rebound the ball. She has very good shooting form and a high release out to the arc. Team player that can fit into multiple playing styles. 2021 6'2 C <strong>Aspen Garrison</strong> (Sehome HS/Way to Win) - Long and rangy post that is most impactful on the defensive end altering shots. Runs the floor pretty well. Developing offensive skill set. 2021 6'1 C <strong>Faith Bergstrom</strong> (Camas HS/Columbia Cascades) - Shot blocking presence and really competes on the defensive end all around. Developing offensive game, but can finish with some skill inside the paint. 2021 6'0 PF <strong>Fatoumata Jaiteh</strong> (Meadowdale HS/NW Greyhounds) - Rangy forward with a high ceiling. The best natural athlete on this list with her running and jumping ability. Likes to use the spin move and drop step in the post. Will only get better with more court time.
