<p>McBrook Sports Complex is one of the earliest High School Fall Leagues of the year. Every year, they bring together school teams that want to gain cohesion for the upcoming year. This week was the opening week, so only a limited number of teams were able to come together. Still, several players distinguished themselves and earned a spot on the McBrook All League Team.</p>

<p>Relentless drives was on tap for the senior. She scored timely buckets and led her team in assists. She filled the stat book in every way and played with an unyielding spirit.</p>

<p><strong>Kendyl Smith</strong> | Lake Fenton | 2026</p>

<p>While her scoring was up and down, her overall play was undeniable. She hit open shots and set her team up. She rebounded well out of the guard position. Kendyl improved as the day went on and showed that she is ready for the varsity stage.</p>

<p><strong>Gabby Gearld</strong> | Lake Fenton | 2025</p>

<p>The sophomore post had moments of sheer dominance in the game. Gabby is a beast on the offensive glass and feasted on misses. She showed nice touch in the midrange. She led her team in rebounds and assists. When engaged, she is a handful for opposing teams.</p>

<p>Aubree was a reserve that made the most of her time. Despite limited minutes, she was third on her team in scoring and second in rebounding. She showed a relentlessness on the boards and a hunger for the basket. </p>

<p>Anna is known as a shooter, and she showcased her stroke early in the day. I was most impressed with a her ability to slash, which I have not seen from her in past years. She also pulled down six rebounds, as a guard. She is going to be a dangerous scorer this year.</p>
