There are still so many different players to talk about across the state of New Jersey, so many faces, old and new, that we need to discuss. Our updated rankings list will hopefully allow for us to be able to talk about as many different names as possible. Having cracked into the Top 100 for the 2023 rankings already, let's continue that by looking at the No. 95-91 rising seniors in the Garden State.   No. 95: [player_tooltip player_id='404221' first='Haley' last='Higgins'] - SF, Monroe   Monroe found a hidden gem in Higgins, who really took a big step forward in the right direction for the Falcons as a junior. We saw that most with her three-point shooting, an area that Higgins didn't focus on much in her first two years, but worked and improved upon last season to the point of her being one of the more consistent perimeter shooters on the team. It's opened up the floor more for her to be successful anywhere and opened the floor for her teammates as well.   No. 94: [player_tooltip player_id='482797' first='Tamea' last='El'] - SF, East Brunswick   El has thrusted herself into the conversation of the best interior forwards in Central/North Jersey after a stellar junior season where she began to carve out a spot for herself on this East Brunswick roster. She matured into her role and became more comfortable as the year went on, really commanding the post and not being afraid to use her size to body defenders up. Confidence is key and consistency is key. One she got the keys to the castle down low, she took full advantage of the opportunity.   No. 93: [player_tooltip player_id='321597' first='Shannon' last='Tighe'] - SF, Wayne Hills   We're starting to sense a trend here with players having breakout seasons out of nowhere because Tighe fits perfectly in that category, turning on the afterburners for Wayne Hills in a spectacular junior year that saw her improve tremendously down low and expand her range more offensively. Using her size, she's quickly found out how to best utilize it, which has resulted in this offensive explosion of success. It's been a long-time coming for that, but Tighe needs to buckle down and continue to build and round out her game as a senior.   No. 92: [player_tooltip player_id='404219' first='Anne' last='Marie Quagliata'] - SG, North Brunswick   The proof was in the pudding for Quagliata after her performance during the Covid-shortened 2021 season. As a junior, the North Brunswick guard showed out from beyond the arc and finished second on the Raiders in scoring. Quagliata led the team in three-point shooting, but is far from a one-dimensional player, playing great perimeter defense and driving the lane well on offense. Megan Farrell graduated in the spring, meaning the three-point shooting will almost nearly be resting on her shoulders as a senior.   No. 91: [player_tooltip player_id='482327' first='Camellia' last='Brown'] - PG, Westwood   If you're looking for one of the best foul shooters in the state, look no further than Brown, who found a way consistently to get to the line, working through contact and taking advantage of mismatches in the lane. She's an improved passer, having averaged a career-high 3.44 assists per game as a junior, just above her sophomore totals. Brown became much more involved on the defensive end of the ball, seeing increases in steals per game and blocks per game. Added success from beyond the arc is incredibly helpful as well to a well-rounded game.
