Hannah Sorrentino was doing a nice job facilitating plays for her team driving to the hoop to make the dish or take it herself. She knocked down her shot from deep four separate times, too. She was a tough defender pushing her opponents down the sideline making them dribble out of bounds and picking the pocket as they tried to drive around her from half court offensive sets.
Deja White
Deja White
Deja White was having her way on both ends of the court using her length to block the paint and elevating over her opponents for some points. She battled through contact and ran the floor well. She did a nice job following shots to grab rebounds on both ends. Even though she is a big target on the court, she still finds ways to get lost by her opponents. She hustles back on defense being ready to block shots in transition. Her IQ was on display knowing how to pass and relocate to keep making plays.
Allie Huneycut
Allie Huneycut
Allie Huneycut was ready to play from the jump scoring inside the block and converting from the free throw line. Her presence inside drew opponents towards her making for a nice kick out to the baseline for her teammates to shoot the jumper. She had some nice power dribbles with her back to the basket knowing exactly how to put the ball up when she turned to score.
Alexis Hailey was doing everything for her team from handling the ball to knocking down shots from deep to making smart dishes up the court on fast breaks. She took advantage of defenses not being set scoring her points when they weren’t expecting it, and her length was an asset in the paint on defense blocking shots on that end. She knew how to find the gaps in the press being ready for the pass to turn and get the ball up the court.
Hannah Keefer
Hannah Keefer
Hannah Keefer was doing whatever she could to help her team stay in the game driving hard up the court, getting inside for rebounds, hustling back to grab the steal in transition, and scoring some points by the basket. She saw openings on the opposing team’s press and took advantage barreling through to get across the half court line and find her teammates ready for the pass.
