Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top Class of 2023 and 2024 players from Tuesday night's action at the Visitation Holiday Tournament.

2023

[player_tooltip player_id='107016' first='Natalie' last='Potts'] (Incarnate Word): The 6'2 2023 Nebraska recruit battled a little foul trouble in the semifinals against Pattonville, but she still managed to score a team high 14 points. She was dominant in the championship game against John Burroughs with 24 points and eight rebounds.

Sydney Starks (John Burroughs): The 5'10 2023 guard continued her excellent shooting in the tournament with three :-pointers in the victory over Eureka. It was a nice follow up to the seven 3-pointers that she made in the quarterfinals on Monday.

[player_tooltip player_id='170618' first='Brooke' last='Coffey'] (Incarnate Word): The versatile 6'1 wing scored 11 points in the victory over Pattonville. She is an excellent playmaker with her ball handling and passing skills and she can also hit the deep ball.

Anne Restovich (Visitation): The 5'8 2023 was on fire in the Vivettes' victory over Parkway North in the fifth place bracket. The smooth lefty scored 28 points while showcasing a beautiful shooting touch with five 3-pointers. The net barely moved on several of the shits she made. She moved well without the ball and had a quick release.

Alivia McCulla (Parkway South): The 6'0 2023 forward scored a team high 22 points against Visitation in the consolation bracket. She was a very good worker in the lane as she caught the ball in traffic and finished while also scouring the offensive boards.

Annalise Dorr (Parkway South): A 5'8 power guard who has 17 points and nine rebounds against Visitation. She has the physical strength to post up inside against smaller guards and rebound. She can also facilitate offense out top and hit the 3-pointer.

[player_tooltip player_id='350014' first='Elyssa' last='White'] (Cardinal Ritter): A 5'5 2023 point guard who plays a game that is not geared towards the box score, but to winning basketball games. She's a tone-setting defensive player who can apply relentless on-ball pressure without fouling. She also goes into the land of the tall players to get her share of rebounds for a small guard. She is one who excels in her role.

********

2024

Ai'Niya Williams (Cardinal Ritter): The 6'1 2023 forward was dominant inside in the Lions' victory over Civic Memorial in the fifth place bracket. Her footwork was excellent as she scored on a variety of post moves. She went baseline and split double teams to get buckets. She passed the ball well and stepped out to hit a 3-pointer.

Monet Witherspoon (John Burroughs): The 5'7 2024 guard scored a game high 17 points in the victory over Eureka in the semifinals. Her talent and high basketball enable her to impact the game in so many areas. She has three-level scoring ability and she is also a very good defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='202412' first='Allie' last='Turner'] (John Burroughs): The 5'8 2024 point guard scored a very calm 16 points in the victory over Eureka. When she is at her best, the game slows down for her and it's hard to speed her up. She showed her court vision and ability to create a shot for herself.

[player_tooltip player_id='194408' first='Hannah' last='Wallace'] (Cardinal Ritter): The 6'1 2024 wing had one of her better offensive outputs with 22 points in a victory over Civic Memorial. She used her height and length to score on slashing drives to the basket with runners and short jumpers. Her game was very efficient and under control.

Paige Fowler (Lift for Life): The 5'8 2024 forward scored a team high 12 points in the victory over Nerinx Hall. She was one of the most impressive offensive rebounders that I watched on Tuesday. She showed great desire as she tracked down rebounds out of her area and turned them into points.
