came onto the scene last season as one of the best rebounders in the state. She has been putting out a good effort thus far this spring in attempts to prepare herself for another great year this upcoming winter. Helmrichs is an interesting prospect. She puts up great numbers, is consistent, and is efficient on both sides of the floor in most occasions. If she works hard this off-season, competes at a high level on the AAU floor, and stays dedicated then it wouldn’t be crazy to think that she could have an even better season then she did a year ago. Only time will tell though.
