About Jorja
Expert Analysis
Niles Bateman | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Jorja has tremendous court vision and leadership. Early on she took control of the offense, running plays and being the vocal leader on the court. She is super unselfish, always looking to make the extra pass, but she also is a great rebounder and works hard inside to finish contested layups. She played a really good all-around game for Shorecrest.

Jorja is aggressive with the ball in her hands, not being afraid to go at anyone and attack the bucket. She sets good screens and can roll or pop out and hit shots from deep. She can create space easily and put the ball in the bucket often. She is a fun player to watch and played great all day.

A player with plenty of experience already from her time to Nathan Hale to now at Shorecrest, Jorja is an aggressive guard that looks to create space and find her shot often. She’s shown that she can have big scoring performances and works hard on the glass to come down with rebounds. Look out for Jorja to be a big-time leader for Shorecrest this upcoming season.

Jorja is going to benefit off summer ball given she is a freshman, entering her sophomore season. She played a lot of minutes for Nathan Hale last season and was a big contributor even as a freshman. She had 20 points in a game multiple times but what was even more impressive is her multiple performances of 10+ rebounds in a game too. She is going to have a fantastic season this year and I’m very excited to she how she does.

Nathan Hale is a very young team who has grown quite a bit over the season. Jorja is only a freshman, but is already a key part to his team. Against Cleveland HS she dropped a career high 20 points and also grabbed 18 rebounds on the game which was also a career high for her. She has a ton of potential and is only going to keep getting better over the next 3 seasons.
