Hands and body always in position to rebound and finish around contact. She continued throughout the game to move without the ball passing and cutting for points around the rim. She made the right plays out of the high post.

2023 5'10 [player_tooltip player_id='235090' first='Nadia' last='Burns'] vs Victory Christian

Nadia was a threat from all three levels. She spaced the floor, battled around the basket, and displayed her vision on a number of occasions. Good size and grit in the post, she creates the space she wants to attack. She was consistent with getting to the free throw line and shot it well. Her feel for the game stands out and with the plays she made for her teammates off the dribble and herself.

2023 5'11 [player_tooltip player_id='558943' first='Olivia' last='Young'] vs Athens Drive

Olivia was a consistent floor spacer and rebounder that Cardinal Gibbons needed. Shot 50% from deep and finished with 8 rebounds. The senior has good size, moves well, and tough in the paint. On the perimeter, she looks comfortable to score and create.

2023 5'4 [player_tooltip player_id='385169' first='Paris' last='Webster'] vs Cardinal Gibbons

Paris played with active hands and good footwork coming up with three steals. Was the main focus of the defense and still found ways to get open shots and open opportunities at the rim. She has a tight handle and a good idea of how to play on or off the ball and be affective.

2023 5'10 [player_tooltip player_id='558825' first='Layla' last='Forte'] vs Cardinal Gibbons

Layla was aggressive attacking open spaces and getting she wanted on the floor. She has good length and athleticism to finish well and defend the basket. She plays a lot on the perimeter creating mismatch opportunities with her size and ability to put the ball on the floor.

2023 5'7 Rihan Lawrence vs Athens Drive

Rihan had a spectacular game, playing the point guard spot as any coach would want. Setting up teammates throughout the whole game with crisp passes for easy opportunities. Not only did her passing that stand out, also her ability to rebound and hit outside shots really helped get her team over the edge. She finished with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists.

2023 5'8 [player_tooltip player_id='558826' first='Ava' last='Palmgren'] vs Athens Drive

Ava got it done from a variety of areas on the floor with her constant movement without the ball. She made some nice jumpers from mid range and passes out of the high post. Went 3-6 from behind the arc, again moving well off of screens to get open. She contributed 17 points, 3 rebounds and 3 steals in the win.

2023 5'9 Linsey Suitt vs Granville

Linsey is coming in averaging 26 points and 7 rebounds and didn't miss a beat against Granville. The strong, physical guard displayed a quick first step and a will to get to the basket more often than none. Granville didn't have an answer to keep Linsey out of the paint or from the free throw line as she went 12-18 from the line. She made a good effort on the perimeter to get her teammates involved finishing with 6 assists.

2024 5'2 G Nylah Daniels vs Granville

Nylah is a quick shifty guard who loves to get down hill and see what she can make happen at the rim. Good handle and tends to make to the right play when under control. She gives guards trouble with her ability to get paint touches and hits the floater or mid range before the help comes. She likes to create off the bounce for herself and found moments to do the same for her teammates. Did a lot of her damage from behind the arc shooting 4-10 3FG (40%) finishing with 28 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals.
