Catherine Goodwin (St. Thomas Aquinas): A 5’5″ 2023 point guard who is a consummate point guard with her ability to handle pressure and distribute the basketball to her teammates. Jayma McPherson (St. Thomas Aquinas): A 5’8″ 2024 guard who combines her strength and good athleticism to become a tough matchup problem. She has a good slashing game to get into the lane to score and she can also knock down the open 3-pointer. She is also an active rebounder and defensive player.

In the victory over Lee’s Summit West in the third-place game, she helped get things started with a pair of 3-pointers in the first quarter. She moves well without the ball and she also took the responsibility of guarding the opposing team’s best perimeter scorer.
