603 Basketball has had some standout players this season, four of whom have been voted in as their division Player of the Years, and a few who have made those decisions tough and brought out some competition for each of those top spots.

Division 1 Player of the Year and toughest competitors for the spot:

- [player_tooltip player_id='266519' first='Ava' last='Winterburn'] (Goffstown) wins the award for her impressive offensive outings this season, specifically two 41 point outings, but even more for outstanding well rounded play. The senior and SNHU commit is versatile, filling stat lines with extraordinary numbers most games and playing very unselfish the entire time. She is humble and hardworking, and still has lots of potential here to expand her game even more at the next level.

- [player_tooltip player_id='361079' first='Lana' last='McCarthy'] (Bedford) is the most dynamic true forward this season in the state and has been the queen of the double double this season. Leading her team both on the glass and in scoring, McCarthy has been a force on both ends of the floor. With outstanding hands and timing, she creates havoc defensively. She was a very close second for the POY recognition this season as a Junior.

- [player_tooltip player_id='269442' first='Elizabeth' last='Lavoie'] (Pinkerton) is a long body guard with strong athleticism and the versatility to play inside out. She is a strong offensive mind and can adapt on both ends of the floor. A scoring threat, with the ability to shoot the 3, attack the rim, and defend 1 through 5. A skilled guard not afraid to battle inside, Lavoie has an amazing upside and only a Junior, has a big summer ahead, as she attracts attention with her fluid play and abilities on both ends of the floor, but most importantly with her desire and work ethic.

Division 2 Player of the Year and the two who made the debate tough:

- [player_tooltip player_id='269241' first='Jasmine' last='Becotte'] (Pelham) is a dynamic forward with the ability to step out midrange and to the 3 and shoot the shot with ease. A player with special footwork off the move and great body control. She can shoot and score in the paint with ease whether with an up and under or running one hander. A player who is equally as impressive and aggressive on the defensive end, watching her see the floor in transition and score makes her the top choice in the division for POY.

- [player_tooltip player_id='289132' first='Macy' last='Swormstedt'] (Laconia) is a true point guard in pace and style, but a dynamic wing in how smoothly she scores the ball. She is a true team player, distributing the ball with ease both in the half court and full court transition. Her running one hander is dynamic and her no fear grind it out pace of play makes her standout and tough to guard. She is a player who is just fun to watch and someone who truly plays with such heart and effort, it is hard not to watch.

Division 3 Player of the Year and those who were in the conversation:

- [player_tooltip player_id='393161' first='Brynn' last='Rautiola'] (Conant) led the league in all categories as her speed is tough to keep up with, her game IQ is hard to match, and her skill set is hard to defend. Earning her POY title, Brynn was a non stop game influencer, involved in most every play for her team at both ends of the floor. With her smooth shot, top notch first step, and soft touch mid range, she could score in all sorts of ways. Defensively she played opponents top players and her speed and her quick hands made playing against her impossible.

- [player_tooltip player_id='393162' first='Emma' last='Tenters'] (Conant) is a long and versatile forward, with the pure skills of a step out 4 but the grit and aggression to bang inside for board with the bigs in her league and battle on the wings with the guards. Her length prevailed in most situations, whether finishing around the rim or deflecting and blocking shots. A standout on the court on both ends of the floor, she was a force to be reckoned with.

- Lauren McDonald (Winnisquam) was a true scoring machine in the division this season, averaging almost 20 points per game. She was one of the toughest players to guard in the division. A forward at first glance, she handled the ball with ease. Lauren could score off the dribble or with a jump shot, but even more impressively her timing on the boards was great all season, often earning her more ways to score and help her team.

Division 4 Player of the Year and the runner up who challenged for the top spot:

- Elizabeth Tschudin (Sunapee) was one of the best all around guards in not just D4, but in the state. Active in all components of the game, she has scored 20 plus points in a variety of games, earned herself triple double achievements in her season and career, and shined defensively with her intensity and steals, along with rebounds on both ends of the floor. A very well rounded multi-sport athlete, she was an instrumental catalyst in her team's successes and made a name for herself this season with her scoring and effort.

- Addison Hadlock (Littleton) was a well rounded combo player with strong scoring ability around the rim, off the dribble and midrange. Her jumpshot was smooth and her hands were strong. Attracting defensive pressure at all parts of the floor, Hadlock was a competitor and found ways to score, often finding her way to the free throw line. A player who handled the pressure well, she was consistent and willing to score in whatever way the defense allowed.

603 Basketball has had some standout players this season, four of whom have been voted in as their division Player of the Years, and a few who have made those decisions tough and brought out some competition for each of those top spots.
