was making some nice moves in the paint catching the entry pass and using power dribbles to get the position she wanted. She ran the floor well being ready to score on a fast break. She knows how to slide into the openings getting to the block setting herself up for an opportunity to score off the pass.

is a very solid rebounder being one of the top ones in the state. She uses rebounds to get some second chance points for her team, and she can score from all over the court. She even holds the record for most points in a game at North Stanly, and she is sure to continue that scoring mentality this upcoming season. Her hands are a nuisance on defense blocking shots and deflecting passes making sure her opponents don’t have an easy path to the basket.

is an amazing athlete. On the basketball court, she has a motor that never stops. In her sophomore season, she scored over 20 points per game and grabbed 14 rebounds. She also blocked 5 shots and created 4 steals per contest. Bell is a physical post player from North Stanly High School who is also a tremendous volleyball player.

Bell became a new name in the 2025 rankings this past June and remains one to watch in the 2025 class out of North Stanly High. She’s quite the paint presence at 6-foot-1 after posting 20.4 PPG, 14.0 RPG, 5.5 BPG, 4.1 SPG and 2.0 SPG as her squad went 20-6 during her sophomore season. She racked up 23 double-doubles across 25 games in 2022-23. She’s got an offer from Coker University.

Shalyn is a long athletic forward , who moves well on her feet, has good reaction time when it comes to defending the rim, and uses her wing span to alter shots. She scored over 500 points last year for North Stanly with her nice touch and ability to take contact and get to the line. She plays with physicality but has some finesse in her game. She is a dangerous outlet in transition, one she gets going its hard to stop her from getting good angles at the rim.

was grabbing rebounds on defense and immediately pushing them up the court getting to the rim herself. She flashed from free throw line to the block following the ball making herself a big target. Her length was an asset on defense deflecting passes and stopping her opponents.
