This weekend there were 13 teams that competed in the PGH 2K23 event, at the 15U level. Below I am going to list some teams that stood out to me, as a whole, the most throughout the past two days. Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

My Sisters Keeper 2026

My Sisters Keeper 2026 came all the way from Louisiana to compete this weekend and they did not disappoint. A team that plays with speed, intensity, and fundamentals, was dominate all weekend long. It didn't matter who their opponent was, when they had players like McKenna Cooley, Erynn Felton, and Alana Myles doing their thing out there, they were lights out. They pressured their opponents into bad decisions and created a plethora of turnovers in each contest. They showed me over the entire weekend that they were the best overall team throughout the 2026 class competing in PGH 2K23. No question about it.

[program_tooltip program_id='715707' first='Chapman' last='Basketball South'] 2026 Antholine

CBA South 2026 Antholine ended their weekend with a 3-1 record, while only falling to the My Sisters Keeper 2026 team that I mentioned above. In every contest except that one, they showed dominance in every facet of the game, coming out on top as the winner in the very end. This team is one that is stacked with a lot of individual talent when you break down their roster. Players like [player_tooltip player_id='509689' first='Alana' last='Mainville'], [player_tooltip player_id='842243' first='Hanna' last='Bultman'], and Alyssa Wadzinski, all of which I could see being varsity ready this fall, wherever they are located for their high school careers. In general, all the players on this team do a great job of communicating and understanding the game of basketball, from an X's & O's standpoint. This weekend this group was definitely a Top 3 team throughout the 15U level.

Indiana Elite 3SSB 2026

Indiana Elite is known as a program that always brings it. No matter if it's on the boys side or the girls side. These teams always have several players that can come in, and produce at a high level, consistently. This was no different this weekend with the Indiana Elite 3SSB 2026 squad. A group that put together a very productive weekend on both sides of the floor, brought the intensity on each possession. Their players were the first to be diving on the floor for a loose ball, or to help one of their fellow teammates up after a physical possession. In the finals today this group ended up catching a lose to My Sisters Keeper 2026 but other then that, they had a weekend to remember.

- Honorable Mentions -

[program_tooltip program_id='715376' first='D.F.' last='Elite'] 2026

D.F Elite 2026 ended their weekend with a 4-0 record and an average margin of victory of 15 points against their opponents over these past two days. This team showed this weekend that they are defensive minded and that's how they would like to beat their competition. Throughout all teams at the 15U level this weekend, this team let in the least amount of points with 75 throughout 4 games. Some pretty impressive stuff when you break down the numbers. I've seen this team play a few times this AAU season and each time they do a good job of showing me that they have grown in someway on the court. If they all keep working on their craft, they have a bright future ahead.

Real 2026

Real 2026 had their ups and their downs this weekend but overall, they did well and competed in every contest. They ended this weekend with a 3-1 record, with their only lose coming to [program_tooltip program_id='715376' first='D.F.' last='Elite'] 2026, who I mentioned above. Other than that, it was a pretty smooth sailing weekend for this crew. They had a chance to show their skill against both man and zone defenses, displayed aggressive but calculated defenses on their own end, and never gave up in a game or on a possession. This was my first weekend being able to scout this team but I will definitely have my eye on them, when on the road recruiting in the future.
