We apologize ahead of time if this article does include players who have previously earned all-conference selections, but knowing a strong level of talent graduated in June, the new wave of the Colonial Conference is on its way. Here are some players who we think have potential to be all-conference selections next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='587999' first='Maya' last='Braxton-Young'] - Woodbury (2024)

Overshadowed by the performance of teammate Alexis Davis for the past few seasons, Braxton-Young came into her own for the Thundering Herd in an under-the-radar way. However, she is far from an under-the-radar type of player, averaging 16.2 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 3.7 APG and 5.2 SPG in 21 games last season. Talk about an impressive all-around player, this rising senior guard is going to have an explosive 2023-24 season, no doubt.

[player_tooltip player_id='488760' first='Morgan' last='Sims'] - Sterling (2024)

Sims has been nothing short of a three-point machine for Sterling, rapidly turning into one of the best perimeter shooters in the region. Averaging 8.8 PPG while knocking down two threes a game, nearly 70 percent of her scoring came from three, but she's done is so effectively for Sterling that it's made her into an unstoppable shooter. She could realistically hit 70 or 80 in a season at this rate and she's got one more season to try.

[player_tooltip player_id='406941' first='Bridget' last='Dickson'] - Sterling (2024)

Dickson has been one of the players we've been consistently talking about from this conference for some time now, an unsung hero for Sterling and the steady hand at the top of the key. Leadership takes you a long way in sports, and to be that kind of mature, poised player as a freshman and sophomore speaks volumes to the culture she's helped to create within the program.

Janie Cross - West Deptford (2024)

Rising senior after rising senior has hit this article and for good reason because there are just so many great ones to pick from. Aside from Braxton-Young, Cross is arguably the best player in the Liberty Division despite a down season from West Deptford. A fantastic shooter and shot-creator in general, Cross averaged 13.1 PPG with just under two made threes a game in 28 games played. She possesses a near-complete skillset with leadership mentality baked in.

[player_tooltip player_id='583452' first='Sami' last='Szabo'] - Haddon Heights (2025)

Our first 2025 submission to the article, Szabo, among others with the Garnets, is going to have some big shoes to fill in the wake of Madison Clark's graduating from HHHS this spring. However, if anyone is going to step up into that role, it's the sharp shooter who burst onto the scene with 47 threes and nearly 10.0 PPG as a sophomore from barely any playing time as a freshman.

[player_tooltip player_id='600906' first='Kiersten' last='Callahan'] - Haddon Township (2026)

Callahan is our lone 2026 representative in this article, but a well-deserved representative if we had to pick one as she showcased a balanced play style with strong offensive intangibles and a gamer mentality. She's playing until the final whistle, regardless of the score and she's thrived off clutch situations before. Averaging 8.2 PPG in her first high school season was an impressive introduction, the appetizer for what should be a robust main entree of basketball success.

[player_tooltip player_id='406942' first='Caroline' last='Douglas'] - Haddonfield (2024)

When opportunities open up, players step up to take advantage of those opportunities. Riley Mulligan graduates, in comes rising senior [player_tooltip player_id='406942' first='Caroline' last='Douglas'], the No. 2 on this team last season that's going to turn into the No. 1 for the Bulldogs. Experience is important, playing in big games is important, and being an upperclass veteran is important. Those are intangibles that can't be taught, and Douglas is as much a bulldog of a player as the mascot of the school she plays for.
