To finish things off before we rank out the top 10 and give our regional rankings, we conclude the frontcourt with centers, the top five centers to be exact in the senior class in New Jersey.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">No. 1: [player_tooltip player_id='325219' first='Alexis' last='Rosenfeld'] - Morris Catholic (No. 9 overall)</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rosenfeld sneaks into our overall top 10 in our senior class update while being ranked as the No. 1 overall center on our list. The Manhattan signee has been crucial to the Crusaders over the past year, a defensive-first forward who truly dazzled on that side of the ball. With more than 11 rebounds and roughly 1.5 blocks a game as a junior, Rosenfeld quickly found her niche in the middle for MC. Those stats were put up against some of the best programs in the region and state, so she's staying competitive with the best of the best.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">No. 2: [player_tooltip player_id='325190' first='Abby' last='Misier'] - Hightstown (No. 14 overall)</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We have yet another future Division I prospect to discuss in [player_tooltip player_id='325190' first='Abby' last='Misier'], the threat down low for Hightstown, a double-double machine and one of the best, if not the best shot-blocker in the state. Those claims are backed up by two-straight seasons with double-double averages and 207 blocks in 64 career high school games, a career 3.2 BPG average. That's also 43 double-doubles since the start of her sophomore year, racking up boards and points down low with ease as defenses hopelessly try to stop her.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">No. 3: [player_tooltip player_id='325223' first='Madison' last='Miller'] - Morris Catholic (No. 33 overall)</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rosenfeld's future counterpart at Morris Catholic is a Division I signee in her own right, a fantastic addition to an already loaded roster for the Crusaders. They just casually get to add someone who averaged a double-double last season for Pope John, an incredibly successful and dominant force down low that will be able to pick up offensively where Rosenfeld can't, and supplies that same level of intensity defensively. Miller makes for a fun and intriguing player to watch this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">No. 4: [player_tooltip player_id='406937' first='Brenae' last='Jones'] - Montclair Immaculate (No. 54 overall)</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jones made an instant impact upon her transfer to Montclair Immaculate from Bound Brook, a consistent scorer, improving rebounder and commanding force defensively and around the rim. A step up in competition didn't phase her much, if not only motivated her to match that level of competition, and she's put in some work this offseason to improve her tenacity on the boards and control her level of aggression, turning it on when needed most. Jones displays a vast knowledge of the game and certainly plays like it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">No. 5: [player_tooltip player_id='406946' first='Siobhan' last='Stapleton'] - Trinity Hall (No. 70 overall)</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Of the five centers on this list, Stapleton breaks the mold the most of a traditional center versus a more modern version of the position. She's a great shooter and has fantastic range for a big, plus her passing ability rivals any other forward in the state and Mid-Atlantic, making her a really intriguing piece to add to any college program. Averaging nearly four assists a game as a big is something that won't go unnoticed. We would be remiss if we didn't acknowledge her overall defensive package, a well-rounded one at that.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
