Anderson never ceases to amaze me at some of the things she does, like outrebounding taller players, part of that is her understanding positioning, another part is something you can’t teach, DESIRE. She also falls into that “you won’t outwork me group as she went coast to coast to score or dish, but she also gave me the “catch and shoot” from outside and played solid defense

Anderson is coming off that state championship performance where she open many eyes, not mine because she sold me the first time I saw her. She outrebounds and scores over taller players and she will not be outworked. She also scored off the dribble and dropped the jumper plus her defense was solid

Anderson lights it up in whatever setting I catch her and part of that is her “never takes a play off” mindset and when players go hard like she does, I notice. She’s strong and powerful off the dribble, loved seeing her finish after going baseline after contact but she also gave me the pull-up. She saw the floor, rebounded, and defended “on the ball”

#23 Up from #35
Anderson is on my “must-see” list for next week because she brings IT every time I see her, on both ends of the court. I failed to elevate her on the last update, that’s on me yet it was a correctable error as she can punish on both ends, and watching her finish with players hanging on her is always a treat, so is the pull-up see evaluation here

Anderson’s strength is easily noted beyond her peers as she crashes boards and powers up to get off the ground to finish O boards. Baits her defender on the wing and jumps in passing lanes to get the steal and uses a lightning bolt of speed to get go for wide open layups.

Anderson was steady and solid during the first of the “3 on 3” games and right before they finished, she simply went into another mode, scoring however she wanted and applying “on the ball” pressure. She gets the #THROEWBACK because of her “you won’t outwork me mindset and you can’t teach DESIRE as she outrebounded taller players and scored around the basket, at her size. She’s powerful off the dribble, love the crossover in transition as well as the set and the “catch and shoot” 3, JUST DID IT for me. Oh yeah, she played the passing lane too
