Class of 2025: Intriguing Prospects

The kids I'm talking about today would classify as sleepers in the 25 class heading into April and May's Spring Season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='509706' first='Lanasia' last='Dubois']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>People may not know how talented the 25 class is at Beloit Memorial. The Purple Knights have a handful of kids who can play at the next level, but Dubois is the one I'm most intrigued by. She may be an undersized guard, but she's as explosive of an athlete as I've seen in the 25 class. Dubois ceiling on both ends of the floor is high. She hasn't put it all together yet, but if she does, she'll be a valuable piece at the next level. Dubois can impact the game with her athleticism in a press or transition offense, which suggests she'll find a home at the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='448304' first='Madisyn' last='Berggren']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Watching Berggren operate away from the ball is something to behold. Most of her three-pointers come from her finding space from her off-ball movement. Whenever she runs different actions away from the ball, she moves with a purpose and does an excellent job getting her feet set the moment she gets the ball to get her shot up as quickly as possible. I've also been a fan of watching her utilize the threat of her shooting to get to the paint and score with variety. She's not a one-trick pony on the offensive end of the floor, and her game has continued to develop since I first saw her a few years ago.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='528119' first='Rachel' last='Agg']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I first saw Agg in Iowa at the end of July 2022, and she showed plenty of promise then. Her size and ability to make shots made her a next-level prospect, and her skillset has progressed since then. She's become a staple in the Muskego rotation and is a reliable perimeter-scoring option. I've also thought she's become a solid passer from the wings. She's got the size to look over most defenders that would match up with her on the perimeter, and she's done an excellent job passing to cutters on time for easy layups. Her presence on the floor added a new dimension to the Warriors offense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='837182' first='Macie' last='Neumeister']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kids like Neumeister make excellent rotational pieces at the next level. She's a defensive playmaker with the athleticism to become a productive perimeter defender at the college level. Watching her get after it on the defensive end and forcing opposing guards to second-guess themselves or force turnovers, coaches at the next level will appreciate. Neumeister also does a solid job finishing around the basket, and although she could improve a bit shooting from the perimeter, anything she does out there is a bonus. Small school coaches will likely appreciate her game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
