Momentum-swinging speed and game-changing dribble penetration. She’s totally unafraid to drive into the heart of the defense and maneuver smartly to avoid committing an offensive foul. Her pace allowed her the option to either blitz on the break all by herself or drive and kick out to shooters situated around the perimeter.

I haven’t been able to catch a game of Amaris in person, but I watched a couple of games through stream, and this kid is TOUGH.. but simple, which makes her even more intriguing. She doesn’t need much to get a lot done, and from an offensive standpoint, she is a threat everywhere on the floor. On the attack, she can score, from beyond the arc, she can get hot, and if need be, she can go 3-5 straight possessions of setting teammates up. Big fan.
