Rebounding can often be under looked, but it can make or break a team in any game. In tight games, cleaning up the glass can be the most crucial part of finishing off strong. Here are the rebounders who crash the boards the hardest:

Kyana Johnson (6-1 Sr.) of Trinity Christian is the only player on this list who averaged over 20 rebounds a game with 26.3 per contest. She totaled 632 board last season, and will have to continue crashing the boards that hard to top her phenomenal season.

Lauren Shepherd (6-5 Sr.) of Bell is another force in the paint who averaged 16.4 rebounder per game last year. She is a true rim protector with her lengthy frame.

Zada Freeman (6-1 Sr.) of Fernandina Beach works hard to get position for her boards, and she had 436 of them last year. She averaged 15.1 per contest last school year because of that hard work she puts in every night.

Chaniya Clark (6-4 Jr.) of Fort Myers is one of the best overall players on this list as she is a double-double machine. She averaged 14.1 rebounds a game in only her Sophomore season.

Caitlin McGee (6-1 Sr.) of Sandalwood is also one of the best players in the state as she has committed to Ole Miss. She grabbed 13.6 boards per contest last year.

Hayley Hoeltke (6-0 Sr.) of Gulf HS posted a whopping 411 rebounds last year at an average of 14.7 per game. Her offensive game continues to improve as she put works in each season.

Amari Jackson (6-1 So.) of The Rock is one of the youngest players to make this list. As only a Freshman, she snagged 554 total rebounds at a mark of 13.2 per contest.

Emani Jefferson (5-7 Sr.) of North Port is the lone player on this list under 6 foot tall. She worked her tail off last season to grab 13.1 rebounds per game which is especially impressive for her size and position.

Jada Garbutt (6-2 Sr.) of Haines City is another lengthy player who used her size to pull down 15.1 boards a game last year. She is one of only four returning players who averaged more than 15 over the course of the season.

Jania Jones (So.) of Fivay rounds out this list with her impressive 14.8 rebounds a game in her Freshman campaign. She will surely rack up some double-doubles as she continues to evolve her game.
