Fast, Strategic, Aggressive, Smart and Methodical
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a defensive minded attitude, I like to get others involved in the game, I have a shooters and drive to the basket mentality. One goal, make a difference on the floor how ever I can. I want to make a positive impact on my teammates and the game. I do not like to lose but understand that losing is part of sports and I am on to the next game if we do lose. I have goals for every game
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I did attach my resume as well as references. Student Council, I have volunteered for several events to help raise money for the homeless, kids who live in poverty. national Honor Society and have been awarded the NYSPHAAA Scholar Athlete Award for Basketball and Soccer
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have volunteered to help raise money for several organizations. I have started on varisty basketball and Soccer since my Freshman year and has the pioint guard and forward those are leading positions on the court and field. I lead by example, hardwork daily
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Yes, I struggle with Anxiety, I have a life coach. I have had some very traumatic things happen in my life. My good friend and soccer teammate was killed by her father, another friend of mine in school hung themselves due to bullying, a good friend of our family's father took his own life by hanging himself in the entrance way of his home. His sons played soccer with my brother.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that can best assist me achieving my academic goals first. I take being a student athlete serious. it is an honor to be able to playa sport. A family like culture is extremely important o me. Students striving for the same goals, support each other and push each other to be the best we can be. A campus who provides support, love and encouragement daily.
