Wheatley grabbed my attention at the Super 64 in 2024, yes, that was a rhyme see evaluation here, but seeing dropping dimes, another rhyme, at the Spring Creek Mansfield Invitational see evalaution here showed me she was more than just a scorer, by the way, she went over the 1000 point mark this season

Wheatley recently went over the 1000-point plateau in her career, and she showed she could score in a variety of ways. Technically, she’s not a NEW FACE as I caught her once before at the Super 64 back in 2024 see evaluation here, yet her poise under pressure, as well as her court vision, looked good, and her “stop and pop” jumper was definitely a problem. Yeah, she played tough defense and let me drop #THROWBACK for her diving on the floor for loose balls

Wheatley is a long and athletic guard, if you pay attention you would know I call that the base so watching her blow by defenders to score off the dribble using body control was solid, and so was her showing she could drop the pull-up jumper in the set. She also applied “on the ball” pressure baseline to baseline plus she played the passing lane
