The best way to describe Hailey Pitzl Hailey Pitzl 5'2" | SG Burke | 2025 NE and her play-style is that she is a prospect of opportunity. Pitzl competes at the SG position and she isn’t afraid to let it go, every time she touches the ball. Don’t get it twisted though. She isn’t just launching up bad shots, instead she usually makes a good decision when letting it go and if she is over-played, she isn’t afraid to pass the ball and move around the floor. This Burke High School program runs some pretty simple, yet interesting stuff when it comes to the X’s and O’s. You can tell by watching them as a team that they want to run and spread the floor. A strategy that has worked in years past and they are hoping it does the trick once again this upcoming season. As for Pitzl individually, I’m excited to see what she can do this year. If she is ready to roll, the possibilities for this team are endless.

Hailey Pitzl Hailey Pitzl 5'2" | SG Burke | 2025 NE took 5 Charges as a Junior because of her mixture of smarts, willingness to step up, and frankly – her size. At 5’1, as long as someone doesn’t care about her size, I’m sure she gets a lot of looks throughout contests that could be called Charges because opponents go through her. Pitzl was someone that did a little bit of everything last year and she is going to look to do that again but to a higher extent. She averaged 5.5 PPG, 3 RPG, and 1 APG last Winter in 21 games. I’m sure she will be near that once again this time around but who knows.
