Baugh has great depth to her offensive game. She can score from the outside while she is also able to attack the basket and score off post-ups in the paint. Baugh is also an active player who has high-level athleticism. The combination of the two things makes her a great rebounder.

is a high-level post player, and she displayed this as a freshman last year. She is an outstanding rebounder on both ends of the floor. Baugh is great at positioning herself in the best place to attack and time a shot coming off the rim.
She can also time and block a shot and is always in a good position to make an impact defensively. Baugh especially shines at low-post defense. If a post player attacks her on the block, she is hard to move out of the way and usually gets off a good contest.
Offensively, she is solid at scoring around the basket, and also has some promise in having a capable three-point shot at the big position.
