Since joining Prep Girls Hoops in May 2022, Akeem has built a strong reputation within the girls' basketball grassroots community. A die-hard basketball fan and former player at Fairview High School and the University of Pikeville, he has developed into a respected evaluator and scout whose passion for the game is evident in his work. Akeem’s impact extends beyond Kentucky as he continues to spotlight female athletes and help elevate their exposure. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville. A native of Huntington, West Virginia, he now resides in Lexington, Kentucky.
