Prep Girls Hoops Lead Scout

Evan Bell joined Prep Girls Hoops in August of 2023 and currently resides in Oakland County, Michigan. Evan started coaching girls basketball in 2021 as the Freshman Girls Head Coach at Howell High School. In the summer of 2022, Evan became the Varsity Girls Head Coach at Lapeer High School, also forming the Lapeer County Cobras travel program. He served as a Lake Michigan College Women's Basketball Assistant from 2024-2026. Evan values improving his craft as a coach, graduating from the BCAM Aspiring Coaches program and earning the MHSAA CAP Advanced certificate. When he is not in the gym coaching, evaluating, covering, and writing about basketball, Evan is in the classroom as a Guest Teacher. Find Evan on Twitter and Instagram @CoachEvanBell.
