Ross falls into my “exception to the rule” because her club team did NOT turn in a roster yet I happened to be sitting in her team’s fan section and was guided to her mom, and I got the necessary information. She was immediately added to THE WATCHLIST, she’s a “long and athletic” guard who did a good job defending and scoring off the dribble. HUGE UPSIDE !
