About Addison

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

Dedication and determination define the way I play. I don't quit. I work hard on defense and use strategic offense to score or create opportunities for my teammates. I love playing defense, getting after guards, and making an impact on that end of the court. I also work hard on my vertical, and that effort shows in the number of rebounds I contribute each game. I love shooting and driving to the

What are you working to improve right now?

I am working on my mental game along with confidence. I sometimes struggle to shake off bad shots or blocked layups. I have come a long way with mental health in the past 3 years on varsity and I believe I am gaining confidence with every game.

What are you looking for in a college program?

A combination of competition and fun. I enjoy playing basketball but I want to have a team that enjoys spending time together and enjoying the game together. I also want a good education and a major in vet science or healthcare.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

I enjoy just being a kid. I compete with my horses in gaming and 4h. I show swine at the state fair and county fair. Country living is my favorite and I enjoy spending time outside. My family and friends are my heart and I am very close to my family and my faith.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

Vet science. Either as a vet or vet tech. I also am a CNA and might pursue a health care degree in the future
