Hankins showed her athleticism throughout the game as she scored off the dribble, and her body control after contact was nice. She also created her shot in the set to drop the pull-up, and her “catch and shoot” was effective from deep

Great physical size for a shooting guard. Aleah stood out as she made things happen on both ends of the floor. Nice outside shooter that did a great job moving with out the ball finding the open spots for the kick out or extra pass. Made goo decisions at when to attack the gap not putting herself in a turnover situation. Showed a good understanding of the game.

A guard that can play either the top of the zone or the 3 spot at the bottom of the 2/3 zone. The 2027 guard will be asked to carry a heavier scoring load for her school team this season. Expect a strong senior season from Aleah as she accepts that role this season.

I am continually impressed with the ease she plays with against this type of competition. The teams that she sees in Class 3A this year are not going to be happy about it. Always in control, strong guard with an array of skills.
