Bryant toyed with defenders using a deceptive first step as well as a slight HEZ to attack and score off the dribble. She also did a good job of creating her shot to get it off and drop it over the outstretched hands of whoever was guarding her. Her “catch and shoot” looked good, yet her “on the ball” pressure was smothering at times, as it helped to create turnovers

While there is no known relation to the famous family, I would not be surprised. Alissa has an ideal guard game package. Almost scripted, her arsenal includes dozens of carefully calculated, well-paced steps/dribbles, and shots. She connected consistently on shots off the dribble, two-feet, hop, euro…any and everywhere, with ease. Delivered on-target/on-time passes in traffic through transistion and the break.
