Amor had a breakout performance for Michigan Cobras at the PGH Michigan State Tournament, and she was productive for the team throughout her AAU campaign. She’s a determined defender who causes havoc with her aggressive on-ball pressure and is a persistent rebounder. Amor switches hands comfortably in the open floor and dishes out timely passes to open teammates for assists. She penetrates gaps, drives hard to the rim, doesn’t shy away from contact, and finishes well in traffic. Amor has good instincts as a facilitator, can knock down the open three, and she can definitely help a college program.

Amor made her presence felt for Michigan Cobras 17U at the PGH Michigan State Tournament. Her high motor, defensive effort, and all-around impact stood out. Amor swiped the ball, pushed it the other way with pace using both hands, and finished with a smooth layup. Her aggressive on-ball pressure created steals, and she scanned the court in transition while switching hands comfortably. Amor made the hustle plays and worked hard to secure rebounds on both ends.

Amor was very productive for Adrian this season and she’s a guard I’m eager to watch this spring. Amor led the Maples with 17 points against Ida, added 13 points with eight rebounds vs. Ypsilanti, and secured a double-double vs. Chelsea with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Amor finishes well from difficult angles around the basket and battles for the advantage inside, which results in offensive rebound putbacks.
