An injury wiped out the last half of Miller’s AAU season. Which is a shame as she’s a player who always brings it on the court. Relentless as a rebounder, runs the floor hard and plays strong around the rim. It’s year two for Miller at Enid, and Enid’s guards looked promising at OU team camp without her. Her ability to give them a versatile low post presence could take him up a level as a 6A sleeper.

Miller is a grinder, who makes the most of her talents. Outstanding motor as a rebounder. Understands positioning, while always fighting and chasing down long rebounds. Is continuing her skill level growth to be more of a 3/4 type forward as well. It’s most evident right now on defense. But improving mid-range jumper and ballhandling abilities are hints at the potential she has.

Over the last year, Miller has established herself as a high motor and productive player. She was exactly that as a force around the rim for her squad. Long arms and determination keeps her very active on the glass. While offensively she does a good job of getting position and scoring on post ups. Even can hit in the midrange with normal and turnaround jumpers. Great example of a player who knows her current strengths and excels in them. All while adding more perimeter aspects, especially defensively, to her game.

Anabelle is a player that I truly believe some are sleeping on. Listed as a small forward but physical enough to defend the 3-5 positions. Shows great footwork when inside the paint area using fakes and up/under moves to finish at a high parentage. I believe the sleeper part comes in the development I have seen in just a year at the 3 spot. Ball handling skills have increase to go along with the outside coverage on defense.
Earned first team in a very tough district this season. Her first year in class 6a after transferring last summer. Scored an average 16ppg while grabbing 9 boards a game. High percentage FG% 50 and 70% from free throw line. A 2027 that has a plenty of room for growth.

Miller has made the jump from small school basketball, to Class 6A. Which features a lot of travel for the western Oklahoma based squad. She’s proven her high motor, versatile way can translate at Oklahoma’s high level classification with regular double doubles. Including a 23 point and 12 rebound vs Sapulpa and 16 point and 6 rebound performance vs Broken Arrow. Those came in losses, but she got a busy week started off right with another double double on Tuesday. This time it was 21 points and 14 rebounds in a win over Sand Springs. Miller will continue her assault on the glass at the Purcell, Heart of Oklahoma Tournament.

Miller has made one of the bigger jumps from the spring to the fall and she’s kept it simple in how she did it. Hard work. The western Oklahoma standout has an outstanding motor and is a good all around athlete. Turning her motor up to the next level has allowed her to maximize her contributions in the last six months and has impressed multiple members of the PGH network team. Now at Class 6A Enid, Miller will get to test herself every night against some of the state’s best, and her development should continue as long as she stays hungry.

Possibly the biggest stock riser in camp. I had seen Anabelle in early March and since then her game has really developed. A very strong small forward that banged inside all day with the post and held her ground. Offensively she able to score in many ways. Mid range jumper was on point as so was her post up game. Definity has worked on her speed as she seemed much faster u and down the court making her a vital part of the transition game. A 2027 that needs to be on some coaches watch list.

A young lady that I would consider the biggest stock riser on the weekend. At 6’0 she moved like a small forward but played with the toughness of a power forward. A very nice mid range shooter that was ready to shoot on the catch. Off the ball she was always moving finding the open gaps in the paint and baseline. Great hands that was able to gather in tough passes again for scoring opportunities.
A player that played in beast mode inside using a strong pound dribble on the block to position herself right under the basket for easy scores. Showed quickness on the breaks getting out in front for easy transition layups. Hard nose player that made a statement when she played. You knew she was going to bring it every possession. A transfer to Enid HS that will greatly help them this season.

Now at Enid, Miller has highlights from her freshman campaign at small school Pond Creek-Hunter. A long armed forward, who in the few clips watched did a lot of her damage around the rim. Tracks down long rebounds, while also doing a good job of battling for contested boards. Along with the around the rim scoring, she scored some off face up moves from free throw line. That and the speed she showed in transition show how her game can continue to develop.

Anabelle has transferred to Enid High School from Pond Creek-Hunter. Anabelle brings great size that can run the floor and give Enid some inside physical presence. The type of player that can give her team a double double every night. Good hands and nice footwork in the paint on offense. She is coming off a strong summer that caught some people’s attention putting her on several coaches watch list. Great defensive player that rotate on help to protect the paint
