Angelina was a freshman standout at Harvard-Westlake just a year ago. She is becoming the face of Chaminade as we speak. Angelina’s energy is contagious. She is at her best creating for herself and others. When evaluating her game, it’s almost as if she’s ambidextrous. Angelina is a lefty, but very comfortable using her right hand in many situations. She is crafty with the ball and creates separation with her signature stepback jumper. True definition of a combo guard with ability to shoot, score, and facilitate.

The 5’9 Princeton commit put together a stellar freshman campaign, averaging 10.8 points, 2.5 assists, 5.7 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game. At 5’9 with great hands and defensive awareness, Habis thrived in the press-heavy system, consistently generating turnovers and disrupting opposing offenses. Habis was a reliable threat from beyond the arc last season, knocking down 49 three-pointers while shooting 32% from deep. Most of Habis’ threes were spot-up shots on the wings and corners when she was relatively open and had enough time to get set. Expect Habis to diversify her shot selection as she enters her second season and begins to play a bigger role in the offense.

The Princeton commit averaged 10 points and 5 rebounds last season for Harvard Westlake. This season she joins powerhouse Chaminade. Although Chaminade finished with a 16-11 record last season, the school is no stranger to success. Habis has an opportunity to be a star in her next three seasons with them.
