I was able to see Ariana during early July in Louisville, and she is a quick, shifty, creative point guard prospect. She does a nice job of handling the ball, she has it on a string, and she can create offense for herself or teammates when on attack. She was a more-than-willing passer, but she also proved she could score it in the lane. I didn’t get to see her shoot it enough from outside, so I would like to evaluate that part of her game. Defensively, she was feisty at times and contained opposing ball-handlers with her quickness.

Ariana was very good when I saw her in Louisville in early July. She is little, but she is quick, fast, and shifty, plus she’s quick with the ball and has it on a string. She does a nice job of getting her defender off-balance, getting by, then creating scoring opportunities for her teammates. She can make an open shot and look to score herself, but I felt like she did an especially nice job of acting like a true floor general and getting her teammates involved. Defensively, she was also solid, and she utilizes her quickness well. She could stand to be just a bit stronger, though.
