It looks like Ava will be a new face at Hutchison. I was super impressed with this Junior guard. She missed her entire sophomore year last season due to injury. You would not have known it by the way she was playing. I saw her right before her high school career started and she was primarily an attacking point guard. She showed much growth as a high energy scorer. She continually attacked to the basket for buckets and to get to the line. She was also 50% from 3 in her first game.
