Since I saw her before her Freshman year, I can always remember Avery being this extremely long, tall prospect who is a nice North/South runner. She is a nice pursuing rebounder, she has some post skill with her back to the basket, and she has some touch in the mid-post as well. Getting stronger over the last three years has undoubtedly helped her be more productive at the high school level, but now, if she wants to play college basketball, she could draw a lot of good small college interest because of her “measurables”. If she can prove to be consistent, her interest will only rise.
