Price has maintained an active athletic schedule throughout her career as she has also played volleyball in addition to what she gets accomplished on the basketball hardwood. Following a pair of seasons where Gilbert competed in the 4A ranks, Price and her Gilbert team will move back to the 3A ranks. Price competed in 21 of Gilbert’s 23 contests last season while averaging 15 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.9 steals and 1.5 assists per game. Gilbert is not only transitioning back to the 3A classification but to a new coaching era as Malayziah Etheredge takes over the reins at the Gilbert program.

Price is a two-sport athlete who also plays volleyball alongside what she gets accomplished on the basketball hardwood. Price has been playing at the varsity level since she was an eighth grader and took a massive step forward for Gilbert. She played in 23 games last season and averaged 14.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.5 steals per contest even though the team as a whole had a rough go of things transitioning from 3A to 4A. Versatility is a hallmark of her game. Accuracy from behind the 3-point arc is something she places emphasis on as a two guard but her ability to consistently rebound is something not always seen in many shooting guards.
