Expert Analysis

Hubbard was also among the quartet of freshmen that were part of the roster for 5A Division 2 Socastee. Her play would help Socastee once again qualify for the 5A Division 2 tournament. The Braves played in 26 games in 2025-26 and Hubbard would wear Socastee’s uniform on 24 of those occasions. One of the Braves’ frontcourt stalwarts, she averaged 6.7 points, six rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. Hubbard was third on the team in scoring and second among Braves players in rebounds. She stands at 5-foot-10 and can effectively play at the four between her rebounding and her ability to put points on the board in close proximity to the rim. Understanding that playing in the frontcourt means drawing contact is another positive element to her game.
