Brooke moves to Gill St. Bernard’s after 3 seasons at Sparta and will bring the interior presence this squad needs. She was Game MVP in a win over Trinity Hall and again with 17 points in a win over Red Bank Catholic by controlling the interior. She displayed good footwork on the block and worked hard on the glass. She adds a solid mid-range jumper to her interior game and joins a balanced and experienced roster that will look to take home a Non-Public B title.

I’ve seen a beast awaken inside of Brooke this summer, taking her game to another level since April and climbing 15 spots up our rankings in the process. The double-double machine has powered United with big-time performances during the live period, when it’s mattered most. She’s racked up offers from Army & Mercyhurst in the past month and holds a previous offer from Cal State Fullerton.

A versatile post player whose ability to stretch the floor made her a difficult matchup for opposing defenses. She combined interior toughness with perimeter skill, giving her the ability to impact the game from multiple areas offensively. In the post, she showed disciplined footwork, establishing position using sharp pivots to create clean scoring angles. Her ability to back defenders down with strength and balance allowed her to generate quality looks around the basket; lots of patience reading double teams and defensive pressure. She shot the 3 at a high level and forced defenders to respect her spacing ability, opening the floor for teammates and creating matchup problems for opposing bigs. A true inside-out threat.

Brooke is coming off a stretch of four straight double-doubles, averaging 14 points and 11 rebounds over that span. She dominates the paint on both ends of the floor, using strong post positioning to finish at the basket and a smooth fadeaway from the high post. She can also space the floor by stepping out to the three-point line and knocking down shots. As soon as she catches the ball in the post, teams are forced to double her, and she does a great job of finding open teammates out of those situations.
