Rettig was one of @playerrimidies standouts in the 3 on 3, see evaluation here, and this was my first look since almost a year ago, after catching her at the Texas Invitational, see evaluation here. She stands above “the magic number” yet the magic starts inside the paint as she BATTLES for everything off the rim, on both ends. She’s constantly moving; her defense was solid inside and outside the paint, plus she also scored off the dribble from multiple spots

Sophomore big that caught my attention with how active she was in the half-court setting. Setting active screens and making smart rolls to utilize space, she made her presence felt as a scorer or in the 3v3 settings.

Rettig had me eyeballing her height so I’m going with “she stands at the magic number” which is 6’0 but I foresee some real magic in the future and here’s why. She has a college-ready frame and she does things fluidly like her “hands and footwork” to score are nice and will continue to get better which will create problems for defenders. She did a good job defensively inside the paint and rebounds on both ends
