Speaking of players that have made their program their own the last few years within Iowa, Brystal Peck of Wayne High School is in that same conversation. To give you an example – last year as a Junior Peck averaged a double-double in points-rebounds with 17.7 PPG (45%) and 10 RPG. She also dished out 2 APG and caused right around 2 turnovers defensively in the form of SPG. The Wayne Falcons went 9-14 as a whole on their year but this upcoming season feels different. If their group comes together early on in the year and Peck comes back ready to roll, they will surprise some opposing teams as the season moves on.
