It didn’t take long for Callie to establish that she was ready to shine, both as a high school player excelling at the varsity level and as a next-level collegiate prospect with plenty of upside. She’s not very big, of course, but with a well-oiled box of tools forged through training and repetition, Lynch plays the game at a high level. She’s explosive, has quick hands and feet, and is fast in the open court. Her handles under pressure are exceptional and she can get to the rim consistently against bigger, stronger players. Coaches need to take a peek this summer at what Callie can do. It’s a lot.

If there’s one attribute that can really help small guards overcome their lack of size and length it’s this: utter fearlessness. Callie’s certainly got that one covered. She has also put in a ton of work in the gym to build a box of tools that serve her well. With quick hands and feet, terrific speed in the open court, great explosiveness, and an aggressive mindset, Lynch can do great work. She handles the basketball really well, even under heavy pressure. She scores at the rim consistently, even with physical contact. With a team-first mindset, and high IQ, Callie brings a lot to the table in a compact package.
