Goatley has already shown that she can be one of the primary scoring options for Graves County, but this season presents an opportunity to take her game to another level. With several key contributors from previous seasons moving on, the Lady Eagles will look to Goatley to become the focal point of their offense. That means taking on more defensive attention, creating opportunities for herself and teammates, and finding ways to produce consistently against some of the region’s best competition. The challenge of carrying a larger offensive load as a sophomore is significant, but Goatley has the potential to embrace that responsibility and emerge as one of the 1st Region’s top young players.
