Expert Analysis
Akiem Bailum | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Earlier this month, only one from Crestwood earned an invite to the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association (SCBCA) Elite Camp in North Charleston. That lone invitee was Washington. She plays for a Knights team that is dropping in classification from 4A to 3A. Washington played in 23 of Crestwood’s contests last season and averaged a double-double of 13.4 rebounds and 11.3 points in addition to two blocks and 1.1 steals per matchup. She was one of only two 2029s on a Knights team that graduated a bevy of seniors, ensuring Washington will be even more of a featured player for Crestwood in 2026-27.
