A true defensive anchor who was a major force in the post for United. Her presence around the rim stood out, using excellent verticality to contest and block shots without committing unnecessary fouls; controlled the paint defensively and consistently altered opponents’ looks at the basket. Great effort and physicality on the glass to pull down rebounds and create extra possessions for her team. Offensively, she capitalized on interior opportunities to score at the rim.

Charlotte does a great job leaking out in transition to create easy scoring chances for her team. Around the rim, she shows strong footwork and touch, converting turnaround jumpers and soft floaters off two feet. She also draws contact effectively to get herself to the free throw line and has the versatility to impact the game both inside the paint and from the three-point line.

Charlotte earned First Team Skyland Conference honors as just a sophomore after averaging 14.9 points and 10.2 rebounds per game and reaching the Non-Public A North final. She is one of the top young post players in her class, using her length to protect the rim and disrupt shots. Offensively, she draws attention inside and does a great job of finding open teammates when defenses collapse.
