Chloe Zehnder was also a joy to watch play at the Showcase. She runs the floor and fills the lanes extremely well, consistently putting herself in position to get inside and finish for high-percentage scoring opportunities. That ability to understand where to get quality shots is an important part of her game. Chloe doesn’t need to force difficult shots—she uses her athleticism and understanding of the floor to get herself into areas where she can be most effective.

Chloe is also very athletic and fast on both ends of the court. She has the length and physical tools to continue growing into her game, and she isn’t afraid to take on her opponent in the half court. One of the things that stood out most to me was her willingness to follow her own misses. Her length and athleticism give her a real advantage on the offensive glass, allowing her to rebound her misses and finish inside. Those extra possessions can be incredibly valuable, especially when a player has the ability to turn them into easy points.

Chloe’s combination of athleticism, speed, length, court awareness and relentless pursuit of the basketball gives her a strong foundation to continue developing. She is a player I will be excited to watch as her game and physical tools continue to grow.
