Dani does a good job splitting the layers of the defense and getting all the way to the rim to finish. She has a soft touch around the basket and a nice floater that allows her to score over help defenders. Dani is also a good playmaker who makes smart reads out of pick-and-roll action to set up her teammates. She is a knockdown catch-and-shoot option from three-point range.

Dani impacts games with her activity on the defensive end. She has quick hands, generates turnovers, and turns them into transition scoring opportunities. Offensively, she’s capable of creating space off the dribble and knocking down jump shots. She also runs the floor hard in transition, allowing her to pick up easy baskets by getting behind the defense.

She plays with a relentless motor & is in attack-mode from the tip. Thrives in an up-tempo style; pushes the pace & creates opportunities on both ends of the floor. A workhorse defender who applies pressure, forcing turnovers in quick succession & converting defense into offense. Very effective step-back jumper from 18 feet+.

Dani put together an outstanding season, earning 2nd Team All-South Jersey and 1st Team All–Non-Public honors while averaging 20 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.8 steals per game. She led the CAL in both scoring and steals and guided her team to the conference final. A smooth, controlled ball handler, she protects the ball well and gets to the rim with ease. She’s also a confident perimeter shooter who can stretch the defense.

The sophomore shooting guard scored 29, 13, and 26 points as Wildwood Catholic earned victories over Our Lady of Mercy, Mainland, and Bridgeton. The Crusaders are 8-1 and are riding a five-game win streak.

One of the best rookies in the region last year, Daley is on track to have an even better sophomore campaign this winter. The 5’8” shooting guard is averaging 22 points per game through the Crusaders’ first seven contests. She’s also playing exceptional defense, leading the team with a high of 51 steals, while the Crusaders own a 6-1 record.

The sophomore shooting guard recorded back-to-back 21-point performances in wins over Atlantic City and West Deptford this week. She’s also been playing gritty defense, averaging just over seven steals per contest for the Crusaders.
