About Davina

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a 6'2 center with a physical, defensive-first playing style. I take pride in protecting the paint, rebounding aggressively, and setting the tone on defense. Offensively, I play strong in the post, run the floor well, and look to create second-chance opportunities for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

am highly competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented. I bring energy, focus, and a strong work ethic every day. I hold myself accountable and push my teammates to be better while staying coachable and open to learning.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am an honors student with perfect attendance, consistently earning Honor Roll and completing my A-G requirements. I have also received awards including 3x All-Star, 2x All-Star MVP, Championship Winner, Most Improved, 1st VIP/MVP and 1st Outstanding Recognition Award/MVP.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through basketball and academics, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills. I’ve learned how to communicate effectively, lead by example, and balance being a student-athlete while maintaining high academic standards.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I plan to major in health science while continuing to develop my basketball skills at a high level. My goal is to contribute to a winning program, grow as a player, and prepare for a potential professional career while earning a strong education in my field.
