I had the opportunity to see Dulce a few times throughout the Spring & Summer grassroots season, and I’m not surprised she is having a strong Senior season. She is closing in on 700 career points, plus she is averaging career highs in points per game (13.4), rebounds per game (3.7), and steals per game (3.3). She is also averaging a team-best 3.2 assists per game. She has really nice speed & quickness, she can get into gaps and put pressure on defenses, plus she has length at her height and is able to defend on or off the ball equally well. She should be a really nice small college “fit” kid.

Dulce doesn’t get a ton of attention because she’s up near the Michigan border, but she has had a nice Spring, and she could make for a solid small college lead guard. She is very quick, she has North/South speed, and she likes to get out and go in transition. She can weave through traffic, create off the dribble in the half-court, but she also has some touch outside. Dulce has the physical ability to become a lockdown defender at the next level.
